Do you offer other services?
Absolutely! Our packages and services are meant to provide a general guide to our pricing. Every property and need is different and we completely understand that. Reach out to us for a free quote!
Where are you based and do you travel?
While we are based on Charlotte, NC, we travel to clients all over North and South Carolina!
When will we get our photos?
The timing on photo or video delivery really depends on the complexity of the shoot. For MLS and Premium Photos we typically delivery photos within 24 hours. If you have specific needs we will do everything in our power to accommodate them!
How will we receive our photos?
We offer a range of options for delivery of photos. By default we create client galleries on our website and send out links to the available photos as soon as they are available. Some of our clients prefer Google Drive or Dropbox delivery and we have no problem with that as well.
How do I receive a virtual tour?
For Zillow virtual tours, we upload those directly so you don't have anything to worry about.
Matterport tours are uploaded and we send out a link as soon as its done processing. You can then use that URL to post it on a variety of platforms including MLS, Zillow, and many others.
